The house has 2 spacious bedrooms:

1 queen bed; and
-
1 king that can be separated into 2 single beds.

Linen is provided for an additional $50 fee.
​
The bathroom has a bath spa and shower, and the toilet is located separately. The dining, kitchen and lounge room are one large open space. The laundry is located externally near the shed. The kitchen is fitted out with all the essentials including a coffee machine and grinder, soda stream, Webber Q BBQ and pantry items.

The house is a sustainable earth covered house, so it does not have internal heating and cooling (the temperature fluctuates between 16-22 degrees). Some people find this a little warm in summer, but there are fans in the bedrooms for sleeping, and a little cool in winter, generally the house heats up with lots of moving people but bring a jumper.
The property is fully enclosed by a roo fence, meaning you can bring your pet. However, there are large sections of the property with long grass and there is an unfenced natural spring, so this is at your own risk. As much as possible keep them outside in the day, out of the beds and be honest about any damage.

The house is used regularly by family, so there are a variety of personal items that remain each visit such as clothes and children’s toys.

Maintaining a rural property takes quite a bit of work, so you may see one of the owners in the garden. We will do our best not to do anything noisy while guests are staying and to maintain our guests' privacy.
​
All water is collected, so it is important to be mindful of usage and sewerage is managed on site. Please read the property guidelines carefully as these are non-negotiable.
